An understanding of Murdo’s teaching can only be gained by first studying his background. His early life, his mid-life calling to go first to South Africa and then onto Tibet where he completed his Spiritual training and development of his healing gifts culminating in advanced Cosmic Consciousness.

When Murdo came out of Tibet in 1937 he had by then disowned all that he had thought part of his previous development including his previous writings which had contained errors.

First published in 1954. The book covers Murdo’s early life, his Monthly letters written by Dr. Murdo Macdonald-Bayne on how to heal the mind and body through the constant Awareness of the Truth of Being.

First published in 1954 with 180 Benedictions. Now that all of the unpublished material has now been published (i.e. Lecture and Newsletters), we have found more of Murdo’s Benedictions and Prayers, including some of the Great Master’s.

Also included are those Benedictions collected from the original sound recordings with their slight variations. Hence this expanded edition to the now 366 perpetual daily Benedictions.
